Sartori Forever – Official Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Sartori Forever Campaign (“Campaign”), offered by Sartori AI, Inc. (“Sartori,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling as a Sartori Forever Member (“Member”), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, which are in addition to Sartori’s general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

1. Campaign Overview

   • The Sartori Forever Campaign is a limited early-adopter offer.
   • The first 500 eligible individuals who successfully enroll and pay the one-time enrollment fee of USD $25.00 will receive lifetime access to the Sartori platform (“Lifetime Membership”) for no additional subscription or renewal fees.
   • Enrollment is non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

2. Lifetime Membership

   • “Lifetime Membership” means access for the duration of Sartori’s commercial operation.
   • Sartori reserves the right to evolve, update, or discontinue features of the platform, provided that Members will retain equivalent access to the core wardrobe management and recommendation services.
   • Membership does not entitle the Member to ownership interest, equity, or voting rights in Sartori.

3. Eligibility

   • Must be 18 years or older, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
   • Must provide valid registration details at the time of sign-up.
   • Limited to one Lifetime Membership per individual.
   • Sartori reserves the right to deny enrollment for fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant activity.

4. Fees & Payment

   • The enrollment fee is USD $25.00.
   • Payment is processed through Sartori’s designated payment providers.
   • All fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, unless required by law.

5. Scope of Access

   • Lifetime Membership includes uninterrupted access to Sartori’s core services: wardrobe digitization, intelligent outfit recommendations, seasonal capsule curation, and access to Sartori’s digital styling platform.
   • Sartori may introduce premium services, add-ons, or third-party features in the future that are not included in the Lifetime Membership. Members will have the option to purchase such add-ons separately.

6. Member Responsibilities

   • Members must maintain accurate account information.
   • Members must use Sartori in compliance with applicable law and Sartori’s Terms of Service.
   • Misuse, abuse, or violation of Sartori’s policies may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

7. Term & Termination

   • The Lifetime Membership remains valid for as long as Sartori continues to operate the Sartori platform.
   • Sartori reserves the right to discontinue the platform at its discretion. In such case, no refunds or credits will be provided.
   • Sartori may revoke access for cause (e.g., fraud, abuse, legal violations).

8. Disclaimers

   • Sartori makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or compatibility with all devices or future technologies.
   • Sartori reserves the right to modify, enhance, or replace features over time.

9. Limitation of Liability

   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sartori shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Campaign.
   • Sartori’s liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for enrollment ($25.00).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (or other applicable jurisdiction of incorporation).
    • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by local law.

11. Amendments

    • Sartori may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with Sartori’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and Sartori with respect to the Sartori Forever Campaign.
